ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Buyer to join the IHL team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products aligned with company needs, while ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and availability across the product portfolio.

This role requires strong market awareness, supplier relationship management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support demand planning and inventory optimization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Source and purchase products in line with company requirements and demand forecasts.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure competitive value.
• Monitor inventory levels and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies.

REQUERIMENTS

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience in retail purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience in power tools or a similar industry is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
