PAYMENT METHODS

Investments Hardware Limited accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard credit cards.  There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make online purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when you place an order online. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of online order. Investments Hardware Limited does not accept money orders, cashier’s cheques, personal cheques, or company cheques.

BACK ORDERS

Investments Hardware Limited processes orders the same day if placed by 3 PM (EST). Orders received after that time, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays, will be processed by the next business day. However, there may be times when the item you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Investments Hardware Limited will keep you informed of any items that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.  IHL holds the right to cancel any back orders.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not mean that Investment Hardware Limited or ihlcanada.com has accepted your order, nor does it signify confirmation of our offer to sell the item(s). Your order shall be deemed to be accepted only at the point when Investments Hardware Limited sends a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided.
