SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESS AND STATUS

All online orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for shipping, pickup, or delivery whichever is applicable. If you still have not heard from us, please send us an email at inquiries@ihlcanada.com for the status of your order. Please take a moment to check your junk or spam folder for our email. It might have been filtered there. Please report any damages, discrepancies, or shortages to inquiries@ihlcanada.com within 48 hours.

PARCEL DELIVERY

All parcel orders are shipped within Canada only. Standard shipping rates will apply upon checkout.

Parcel orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Shipping to remote locations such as Yukon, NWT and Nunavut are also not available at this time.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website. 

Investments Hardware Limited cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. Investments Hardware Limited encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or item availability.

LOCAL DELIVERY

IHL Truck Delivery is available for orders within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery charges will vary depending on destination and order volume. Delivery charge will be visible upon checkout.

Customer(s) must be on site to receive all IHL Truck deliveries. Our drivers will call the number on file to confirm estimated delivery time within 30 minutes to an hour.

IHL Canada’s fleet of trucks includes box trucks and flatbed with Moffett truck; applicable truck will be used depending on your order. Entire order must be shipped to a single address; we do not allow multiple stops.

Deliveries are from Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. We will contact you with the phone number you have provided for your delivery.

FREE PARCEL SHIPPING POLICY

The Free Parcel Shipping is only available to selected cities in Ontario for orders over $149 (before taxes) at ihlcanada.com. Qualifying orders must be 40 lbs or less, excluding heavy equipment, building materials, and oversized items.

For orders including heavy equipment, building materials, and oversized items (over 40 lbs), additional shipping and handling charges may incur. You will be contacted by IHL's customer service team in the case that extra charges should apply to your order.

If the delivery is operated by IHL’s truck, a signature and photo ID is required upon delivery. Shipping restrictions may apply to some remote areas. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Does not apply to prior purchases or in-store purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Woodbridge or Innisfil locations. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 6:00am-3:00pm Saturday; we are closed on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email and government-issued ID ready with you when you come.

Please note that we will only hold the order for five (5) business days. Orders not picked up within that time period will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded thereafter subject to restocking fees.

If you're sending someone else to pick up your order, please notify us in advance by emailing inquiries@ihlcanada.com. The person picking up the order must bring the order confirmation email, along with a government-issued ID and credit card. This is a mandatory requirement for alternate pick-ups.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All online order cancellation requests must be sent to inquiries@ihlcanada.com

Orders that are already processed cannot be cancelled as they are possibly in transit. In this case, you can accept the order and then email inquiries@ihlcanada.com to arrange for a return.
