Built-in mold protection, making it ideal for areas that are directly exposed to water. Weatherproof, UV and fade resistant design for most exterior building needs. Neutral PH rating which will not discolor high-end metal finishes such as chrome, bronze and nickel. Exceeds ASTM C920 and ISO 11600:2002. Provides an adhesive seal between Metal, wood, ceramic, drywall, plaster, laminate, granite, vinyl, shingles, glass, concrete, stone, brick, PVC & most plastics.
